Hey folks! My name is Andy Saksa, owner and artist at Cambridge Taxidermy. The quote above is a phrase I’ve heard numerous times throughout my life. And guess what? It’s true! After years of working for big business, encountering corporate greed, and struggling to find truly fulfilling work, I turned my sights to a career in taxidermy. In the Winter of 2021, I left my day job to attend Western Pennsylvania School of Taxidermy. After two months of intensive, hands-on learning from world-class taxidermist, Marc Jordan, I graduated, allowing me to begin my newfound career. 

As a fellow outdoorsman and hunter, I understand the importance of long lasting, high quality work on your trophies. With an artistic eye and a meticulous demeanor, I look forward to bringing my clients trophies to life, and in turn, preserving memories of past hunts for a lifetime. 

If you can’t find me in the studio, I’m likely golfing, practicing for competition archery, hiking, fishing, or hunting!
